Holistic therapy is a way of viewing the human as one whole person with 5 different levels that balance each other out. Those levels are called: fysical, mentally, emotionally, spiritual and energytical level. They all have to be in balance to have the whole human in balance. Want to know more? Holistic therapy
First we map the different levels by using a holistic compass. We do this by filling out a questionnaire. Physical level: physically healthy, enough food or drinks, exercise. How well you take care of your body. Mental level: what thoughts go through your mind every day? Negative or positive? Are you aware of your thoughts? Emotional level: do you dare to express your emotions, do you often get emotional? Or can you easily feel emotions? Spiritual level: Who am I? What makes me happy? What did I come to earth for? Energetic level: What gives you energy? What drains you? What happens more in a day, draining or getting energy from your work? Once we have mapped this out, it will become clear which level deserves more attention and we can schedule a treatment.
There are all kinds of treatments that can be applied. It depends on which level we want to bring more into balance. For example, for the energetic level I can give a Reiki treatment and do this for a number of sessions. It depends on the person how many sessions he or she needs. I offer the following treatments:

This process is of course your responsibility. I guide you in this, but this is and remains a process for which you are ‘accountable’ yourself.
That's why I also give you small homework assignments to ensure that you keep to work on yourself. Such as writing down 6 things you are grateful for.
